How long is the program?
12 weeks — a full race build with base, build, peak, and taper. Yours forever.
Do I need a gym?
No. Run Only is purely running. All you need is a pair of shoes.
Is this for beginners?
Yes — the program scales to your current race time, so paces match where you're at.
When should I start?
Count back 12 weeks from your goal race. No race booked? Start anyway.
How is this different from Get Strong or Get Jacked?
Run Only is just running. Get Strong adds barbell training. Get Jacked adds dumbbell/machine training.
