How long is the program?
12 weeks — a full race build with a base phase, build phase, peak, and taper. Yours forever, run it back any time.
Do I need a full gym?
Yes — Get Strong is built around barbell work (squat, deadlift, bench). You'll need a rack and plates. If you don't, try Get Jacked Run Fast.
Is this for beginners?
It's for lifters who know how to squat, deadlift, and bench safely. If you're new to the barbell, build a base first.
When should I start?
Count back 12 weeks from your goal race. No race booked? Start anyway — you can re-run any block whenever.
How is this different from Get Jacked or Run Only?
Get Strong is barbell + running. Get Jacked is dumbbell/machine hypertrophy + running. Run Only is just running.
