How long is the program?
12 weeks — a full race build with base, build, peak, and taper. Yours forever.
Do I need a barbell?
No. Get Jacked is built around dumbbells, machines, cables, and bodyweight. If you'd rather train with a barbell, try Get Strong Run Fast.
Is this for beginners?
Yes — the lifting is more accessible than barbell-heavy programs. Beginners and intermediates do well here.
When should I start?
Count back 12 weeks from your goal race. No race booked? Start anyway.
How is this different from Get Strong or Run Only?
Get Jacked is hypertrophy + running, no barbell. Get Strong is barbell + running. Run Only is just running.
