Who is Hybrid Coach Mike?

Which program is right for me?
If you love the barbell and want to keep your lifts heavy, go Get Strong Run Fast. If you want to build muscle without barbell training, go Get Jacked Run Fast. If you just want to run faster with no gym work, go Run Only.
How long are the programs?
Every program is 12 weeks — a full race build with a base phase, build phase, peak, and taper into race day. You own it for life, so you can run it back whenever you want.
When should I start the program?
Count back 12 weeks from your goal race. If you don't have a race booked yet, start anyway — you can re-run the block whenever, and being mid-program is the best time to commit to one.
What if I don't know my race time?
The program asks for your current best (or estimated) time at the distance. If you don't have one, plug in what you're realistically capable of right now.
Do I need a gym?
Get Strong needs a barbell setup. Get Jacked works with dumbbells, machines, and cables. Run Only needs nothing but a pair of running shoes.
